Every Detroit Red Wings fan had their eyes focused on social media, TSN, or ESPN to see if Yzerman could pull off a trade this…

NYR Fans Should Expect a Slow Deadline Day

For the last few years the Rangers have been among the big movers and shakers when it came to the NHL’s trade deadline. Whether it was the team making splashes and trading for Keith Yandle or when the franchise infamously sent out their letter announcing their intention to rebuild (which was mocked at the time but a number of teams have since followed in their footsteps) and sold off players like Ryan McDonagh, Rick Nash, Mats Zuccarello, and Kevin Hayes. This year though should be different for the Broadway Blueshirts.

Lay of the Land in Detroit

The current state of the Red wings is bleak for the remainder of this season. The Wings sit with 32 points and a -44 goal differential thus far in this 2020-2021 season. Players like Svechnikov, Erne and Zadina have started to carry the torch for the team, however not enough to change Detroit’s losing ways.

Quinn Fighting for Playoff Spot but at What Expense?

Eight minutes and eleven seconds, you know what that is? That’s Alexis Lafreniere’s ice time in the Rangers 3-2 win over the Buffalo Sabres Thursday night.

NYR Playoff Hopes Rest With Igor

Rangers fans are no strangers to having a goaltender carry their team into the playoffs and if the team hopes to pull off a comeback into the dance this season it rests on the pads of Igor Shesterkin.
